HI Jeremey,

Yeah, I guess it's kind of lonely, without Misty or for that matter anyone from home, but think of the wonderful work you are doing for your extended families. God certainly is Good! He knows who to call on to get the work done. God Bless You!!!!

I talked to Misty the evening she got in but haven't spoke to her since then. Today was her first day back to work and I know that she will be pretty busy just catching up with everything. I will probably try giving her a call on Wednesday. We pray for you and can't wait to see you. I really want to see MORE pictures. Those kids are BEAUTIFUL. I wish we could afford to go there for a while.

God Bless You and of course all there,
Jo (Mom) & Clyde (Dad)

Post Two days left
Really good progress on the school house today. we put 7 of the 18 trusses up today and the goal is to finish the trusses tomorrow so that on my last day I can spend some time with mo and Isoa to teach them how to build stairs. There are several needed around campus, two in the buries and at least two big ones for the school. They finally cut Joti's hair ( sorry Joel ) he looks like a different kid  .

Post Final day
Well here it is. I don't know to describe it except to say I have been deeply changed by the whole experience. I will probably post more later when I get home to get some frame of reference. This is the longest I've been away from home and I'm not quite sure how it feels yet. I am already starting to like eating with my hands. The school house has the trusses up but still needs some finishing on bracing, strapping etc so I'm spending my last day going over everything with the guys so they can finish in my absence.

Later

Post safe
Jeremey is home safe and sound. He is trying to get over the jet lag and the reverse culture shock since he has been gone for 5 weeks. Point of notice, we moved into a rental at the beginning of June. He has actually been in Fiji longer than he had been at our new home. He will need a bit of time to reconnect with Arizona ( in his words "is it always this hot?"). Once he feels sub-normal he will write his last post for everyone! Again, thank you for all of your support and your love while he has been away.

We love you all!
Jeremey and Misty Locken

I can't even begin to tell you how cool it is to see the schoolhouse actually looking like a schoolhouse. I know that after spending time with Jeremey, Isoa and Mo will be able to make a lot of progress before the next team arrives in a couple weeks, too. AWESOME!!!!!

and I can't believe they shaved Joti's head
I'll need to pout for a while now
